The Association is building a sustainable programme of school improvement rather than relying on one-off activities. Priorities can include classroom and common-area improvements, repairs, learning spaces, basic infrastructure and other needs identified with the school leadership. Specific scopes and funding targets can be added from the CMS as projects are approved.
